Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Project Manager – Show Site to apply industry knowledge and harmonize client production requirements. You will work with Sales and production teams to ensure efficient planning, cost control, and seamless information flow before, during, and after events.

The role supports our Audio Visual and Event Technology teams and requires a hybrid schedule with in-office/show-site work 2–3 days weekly. Travel is 50%–75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma acceptable with related experience.
• PMP and CTS certifications preferred where applicable.
• Extensive ops/project mgmt in AV or staging is required.
• Strong knowledge of convention, tradeshow, hotel industry.

Responsibilities

• Participates in site surveys to plan events and workflows.
• Coordinate with facilities and design teams to meet customer needs.
• Create pre-production schedules and manage timelines.
• Lead on-site staff, ensure cost-effective delivery and safety.
• Review POs, manage billing, and generate post-show reports.
