The position is full-time and hybrid, based in Arlington, with on-site collaboration and telework options.

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance.
U.S. citizenship.
Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university, or a high school diploma with at least ten (10) years of experience providing logistical, administrative, business, and financial support.
Ten (10) years of documented experience supporting and managing S&T or R&D ship operations efforts.

Responsibilities

Support and manage S&T or R&D efforts to develop and demonstrate ship operations capabilities across TRLs and program elements 6.2, 6.3, and 6.4.
Manage and deploy logistics related to ship and airborne technology tests in collaboration with Naval entities.
Extract and organize complex technical design, performance, and cost analysis information for ship operations.
Plan and execute S&T meetings, workshops, and program reviews at scales up to one hundred participants.
