Job summary

Pioneer Management Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead cross-functional implementations across ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, and IRM. You will design and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions, driving CMDB, CSDM foundations, and integrations with SIEM/SOAR to reduce risk and improve operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ ServiceNow deployments and CIS certifications, with strong communication skills for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ ServiceNow deployments; 3+ ITSM/ITOM deployments; at least one SecOps or IRM delivery preferred.
• At least one CIS certification; CSA required; others preferred.
• Strong communication with executives; able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, and IRM.
• Architect CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping for IT and security use cases.
• Design Security Operations and IRM solutions with SIEM, SOAR, and risk platform integrations.
• Mentor the development team and ensure best practices in delivery.
• Support pre-sales activities through scoping and demonstrations as appropriate.
