Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a ServiceNow SAM Developer to support a federal organization modernizing ITSM, SAM, and enterprise service management in the defense sector. The hybrid role is located at Joint Base Andrews, MD, requiring design, development, and implementation of SAM/ITAM solutions with secure, scalable workflows.

The candidate will build integrations, dashboards, and automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, JavaScript, and Glide APIs, ensuring license compliance and asset

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development with customization, scripting and integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro, ITAM, HAM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Glide APIs, HTML, XML, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of software asset management, license compliance and data imports.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering/IT or related field; active clearance preferred or ability to obtain Secret.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification required.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro, SaaS Management, HAM Pro, and related ITAM solutions.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and automations.
• Implement license management, entitlement tracking, normalization rules, and automated compliance reconciliation.
• Build and maintain integrations with discovery tools, procurement systems, vendor platforms, and other enterprise apps.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for software compliance, asset utilization, and lifecycle management.
