Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides first-line and escalated technical support for incidents and service requests.
• Manages incidents using ITSM tools with proper triage, tracking, and escalation.
• Performs user account administration for new hires, transfers, and terminations.
• Resolves complex incidents using knowledge base and collaborates with escalation engineers.
• Creates and updates knowledge base articles and contributes to process improvements.
• Mentors junior team members and upholds service desk procedures and policies.
• Offers backup support for other IT functions and adheres to security and compliance requirements.
