Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join its IT Service Desk team as a contingent worker. This hybrid role is based in Columbus, Ohio, with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

You will provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and system issues; respond to requests and incidents; and support Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). • Previous Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
