CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water/wastewater projects within our Industrial Business unit. The role oversees planning and design of water, water reuse, and wastewater initiatives while supporting business development across the United States.

This hybrid position requires two days in the office and can be based in multiple Industrial offices nationwide, including VA and other major cities. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required (within 12 months).
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Project Manager for water/wastewater projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to staff.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Perform QA/QC of key deliverables and assist other projects.
• Support technical marketing to clients across the U.S.
• Engage in professional societies and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects.
