Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects within the Industrial Business unit. This role requires coordinating planning and design for water, water reuse, and wastewater initiatives, with involvement in business development across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Domestic/international travel may be required depending on duties.
• Equivalent additional related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and serve as the main Project Manager on water/wastewater projects.
• Provide technical guidance, senior leadership, and mentoring to engineering staff.
• Own scope, schedule, budget development, monitoring and adherence for projects.
• Perform QA/QC of key deliverables and assist on other projects.
• Assist Client Service Leaders with technical marketing for clients nationwide.
• Engage in professional societies and build relationships with client decision makers.
