• Minimum of 10 years in global payroll and vendor management, with a proven track record. A minimum of 8 years with a master’s degree.

• Strong understanding of payroll software, data analytics, and automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee US payroll support, including the ADP call center and ServiceNow payroll ticket management, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage payroll inquiries and issues.
• Develop reporting frameworks and leverage AI, automation, and analytics to streamline payroll operations and drive improvements.
• Lead payroll support teams and maintain a robust payroll knowledge base for quality service.
• Partner with ADP Service Center to manage centralized employee payroll support.
