Arcadis U.S. Inc. is seeking a Senior Transportation Project Manager for our Mobility team based in Chattanooga, TN or Nashville, TN.

This office-based role offers part-time remote flexibility and focuses on delivering diverse highway projects with multiple funding sources. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage scopes and budgets, and maintain strong client relationships while adhering to Arcadis' quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive highway design experience including PM experience.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP considered with relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver highway projects across planning, design, and construction phases.
• Develop project scopes and budgets; interface with clients and prepare schedules.
• Coordinate rights of way, safety, and quality standards across projects.
• Engage with clients directly for project pursuit, proposals, and presentations.
