Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager with account management responsibilities to support California public transit and transportation agencies. Based in California, you will blend project leadership with client relationship management to deliver highway and bridge projects and strengthen the firm’s presence in the California market.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing transportation projects (highways and bridges) for public agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management for California self-help county transportation agency accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans, engagement strategies, pursuit planning, and relationship management.
• Coordinate with project teams and leadership to deliver high-quality transportation projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare and deliver technical documents, cost estimates, and construction support deliverables.
• Support business development and opportunities across the Transportation practice.
