Job summary

Sage is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager in the Atlanta area for hybrid work arrangement (in-office 3 days/week). You will lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across GTM Effectiveness, with a focus on delivery readiness, governance, and benefits realization.

Collaboration spans Sales, RevOps, IT, Product, and GTM-E teams. You will pair strong project management with systems thinking to connect processes, tech changes, data, and measurable outcomes across multi-platform

Qualifications

Requires 7+ years managing large-scale enterprise transformation and GTM/RevOps initiatives.
Strong project management, governance, and stage-gate discipline.
Ability to lead cross-functional delivery across business, technical, operational, and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery coordination for complex cross-functional initiatives, tracking milestones and risks.
Build and manage project plans with scope, owners, timelines, and dependencies.
Coordinate governance, RAID, and executive status updates; ensure readiness and benefits realization.
