Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably data/platform teams
• Proven success managing multiple teams and complex delivery roadmaps
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate between technical and business audiences
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, and delivery forecasts
• Recent PMP Certification (attained within the last 5 years)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery for multiple concurrent data initiatives across multiple teams
• Establish and manage a structured work intake process with clear scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and forecasts
• Drive predictable delivery through proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue escalation
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize work based on value, capacity, and dependencies
• Facilitate trade-off discussions and communicate delivery impacts and constraints
• Manage external and cross-team dependencies to ensure alignment
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
