Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing channels, and social/digital media.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle recruiting from requisition posting to offer acceptance.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans for multiple business groups.
• Advise on compensation considerations and total rewards.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to refine roles and timelines.
• Track metrics and ensure compliance in recruitment processes.
