Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Supply Chain Training and Systems Senior Analyst to deliver and support training for our forecast and replenishment teams, and to back up staff during peak periods.

The role focuses on optimizing inventory health, KPI performance, and system usability, with hybrid work 4 days in office and 1 day from home, and a requirement for a bachelor’s degree and several years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain, IT, engineering, business admin or related.
• 5+ years of experience with forecasting and replenishment tools (GFS preferred).
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training programs for supply chain staff.
• Analyze performance data and optimize service levels and forecast accuracy.
• Provide backup support for replenishment planners and manage high-risk inventory.
