Job summary

Gordon Food Service in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain Training and Support Senior Analyst to deliver and support training programs for our replenishment teams, providing backup coverage and driving improvements in in-stock performance. You will work with forecasting and replenishment tools to optimize inventory and KPI outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain, IT, engineering, or business admin.
• Five years of progressive forecasting and replenishment experience.
• Proficient with GFS forecasting/replenishment system.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate training programs for new and existing supply chain employees.
• Develop, maintain, and update training materials and process documentation.
• Provide specialized systems training for organizational initiatives and new openings.
• Serve as liaison between system users and software development teams; gather requirements and perform UAT.
