Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to drive operational and cross-functional aspects of the supply chain risk intelligence program. You will coordinate with sourcing, materials planning, and engineering, ensuring data systems stay accurate and actionable.

This senior role demands strong stakeholder management, data analytics via SQL/Python, and experience with BOM/MPN/AVL processes for consumer hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is the minimum entry requirement.
• 5+ years in program management, business operations, supply chain analytics, or a hybrid PM/analyst role.
• Experience driving cross-functional workstreams and data-driven decisions.
• Strong data governance and data quality discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with hardware supply chains and BOM/AVl processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional coordination across sourcing pillar leads and manufacturing Intelligence teams.
• Own project timelines, status tracking, and escalation paths for risk initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder intake and reconcile supplier data inputs from multiple teams.
• Translate technical findings into actionable business decisions.
• Validate and cleanse BOM/MPN/supplier data; build reports communicating supply risk.
