Job summary

ZENITH INFOTEK LLC is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to drive the operational and cross-functional side of a risk intelligence program in Sunnyvale, CA. You will coordinate inputs from sourcing, materials planning, and engineering, ensuring data remains actionable and accurate across distributed teams.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, data validation, and the ability to translate technical findings into business actions within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PM, operations, or supply chain analytics.
• Ability to drive cross-functional workstreams and unblock blockers.
• Data-literate with SQL and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional coordination across sourcing pillar leads, MPMs, commodity managers and manufacturing intelligence teams.
• Own project timelines, status tracking, and escalation paths for risk intelligence initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder intake and reconcile supplier data inputs from multiple teams.
• Translate technical findings into actionable business decisions and track data validation.
• Define data quality standards and governance processes; support tool and dashboard requirements.
