Job summary

Wayve is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager in Sunnyvale, CA, hybrid work model. You will own end-to-end supply chain execution for prototypes, NPI, and fleet launches, coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and external partners across regions.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, 10+ years in supply chain program management, and a deep understanding of BOM, material planning, and supplier compliance. International travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain program management, NPI, and hardware operations.
• Strong understanding of BOM management, material planning, and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with supplier compliance frameworks including TISAX, ISO standards, and ethical sourcing requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional programs across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary supply chain lead for assigned programs or internal product builds (prototypes, NPI, subassembly).
• Own end-to-end material readiness to support program milestones across R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance, and Suppliers to align activities with timelines.
• Manage upfitter/partner relationships and ensure vehicles meet program timelines and quality standards.
• Define, track, and report KPIs including material availability and inventory accuracy; drive improvements.
