CVS Health is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer to lead design and development of scalable digital solutions for myPBM Clinical products. You will architect robust systems, drive high-quality implementation, and influence technical strategy across teams.

This role supports a hybrid schedule from our Buffalo Grove, IL office, with remote work options. You will mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and help shape architecture and platform performance across enterprise

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise full stack development with backend emphasis.
• 3+ years end-to-end CI/CD experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and artifact management (JFrog).
• 2+ years partnering with architecture, product, and program management teams.
• 3+ years backend development with Java.
• 2+ years Kafka and similar technologies.
• 2+ years Oracle.
• 2+ years Angular.
• 3+ years with Azure and Kubernetes.
• 3+ years leading Scrum/Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable digital solutions for myPBM Clinical products.
