Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong Accounts Payable management experience.
• Proficiency in NetSuite ERP is required.
• GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable and vendor management.
• Manage month-end close and financial reporting.
• Support cash management, reconciliations, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors.
• Assist with payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
• Develop KPI dashboards and perform financial analyses.
