Qualifications

8+ years of data engineering and analytics experience
3+ years managing teams and complex data engineering projects

Responsibilities

Lead design and deployment of scalable data pipelines and platforms
Establish data governance, security, and quality standards
Collaborate with data scientists to enable analytics and ML workflows
Oversee data integration from diverse systems using Databricks, Alteryx, and Azure
Drive performance optimization of data architectures
