Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred and evidence of risk management experience.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible healthcare risk management, patient safety or quality experience.
• Experience coordinating serious safety event analyses (RCA/RCA2/SIA) and driving action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management activities, triage incident reports, and guide containment and evidence preservation.
• Coordinate end-to-end analyses (RCA/RCA2/SIA), assemble teams, interview, and develop SMART actions.
• Maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics; present findings to leadership and staff.
