This is a HYBRID position which requires 3 days per week in our Boston office.The Performance, Risk, and Attribution Team is responsible for delivering analytical insights that inform investment decisions, support effective risk management, and reinforce client trust. The team collaborates with portfolio managers, investment professionals, and key business stakeholders to evaluate performance outcomes, interpret attribution results, and drive improvements in data integrity and reporting processes. A primary focus of the team is managing and fulfilling large-scale information requests from across the firm, including RFPs, DDQs, investment analyses, and other specialized ad hoc reporting needs. As a highly visible function, the team provides broad exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives while offering meaningful opportunities to expand investment, analytical, and technical capabilities in a collaborative environment.
