Job summary

GEICO is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our operations recruiting team in Texas. This hybrid role requires in-office 2–3 days per week and will focus on high-volume roles in sales, customer service and claims.

You will source, engage, and hire top candidates, partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers, manage the full life cycle from sourcing through offer, and ensure adherence to EEO guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field; or 4 additional years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of full-life cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Working knowledge of EEO laws and ATS/HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, engage, and hire for high-volume roles in sales, customer service and claims.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide guidance.
• Manage full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer creation.
