GEICO is seeking a dynamic Principal Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for Marketing talent. This role partners with business leaders, HR, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to attract, assess, and hire high-performing professionals across a broad range of marketing disciplines.

The ideal candidate combines strong recruitment expertise with business acumen, market intelligence, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate or professional roles.
• Experience recruiting for Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, Communications, or related functions.
• Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and relationship management capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Marketing positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand objectives, workforce needs, and role requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active talent.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines across various marketing functions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and coaching to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring metrics.
