Domino Technologies, Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance/Quality Management (QA/QM) Manager to lead enterprise QA efforts across IT projects, programs, and applications in a hybrid Middletown, PA environment.

The role focuses on improving testing practices, governance, risk-based coverage, and delivery quality while guiding staff through change. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QA/QM leadership, hands-on test strategy, and experience with Azure DevOps and AI-assisted testing.

Formación

• 5+ years leading QA/QM teams or functions.
• Experience piloting AI-assisted testing, automation, quality analytics, or CI/CD integration.
• Proven leadership across multiple initiatives with process improvement.
• Hands-on testing: strategy, design, execution, defect management, traceability, release readiness.
• Ability to coach and develop staff and lead change.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC/Agile/Waterfall and hybrid delivery.
• Experience with enterprise applications, multi-team programs.
• Azure DevOps testing workflows, traceability, reporting.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide QM activities across IT projects and programs to ensure quality standards.
• Assess current QA/QM practices and design a future operating model with standards and roadmaps.
• Develop and enforce QA/QC processes across the SDLC.
• Coach QM staff and drive adoption of new practices.
• Define QM involvement for large and small initiatives, including testing ownership.
• Provide hands-on leadership in test strategy, planning, design, execution, and defect management.
• Support testing where needed and guide risk-based testing strategies.
• Govern QM governance for enterprise transformation and critical applications.
• Review third-party test strategies and ensure alignment with standards.
• Identify and pilot test automation opportunities and AI-driven testing with proper controls.
