Kiewit Infrastructure Proposal Services (KIPS) is seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist to lead proposal efforts for infrastructure pursuits across the United States. You will interpret requirements, develop tools and schedules, coordinate graphics and content, and ensure compliance and timely production.

You will work with SMEs to obtain and document technical approaches, convert information into client‑focused narratives, and lead final production and submission activities in a hybrid Lone

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible proposal-development experience in the engineering/construction industry.
• Strong technical writing, editing, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex requirements and translate technical information into client-focused content.

Responsabilités

• Lead assigned proposal efforts and support other complex pursuits across the United States.
• Develop compliance matrices, proposal schedules, outlines, and response tools.
• Coordinate graphics, storytelling, and content; manage compliance, quality and final production.
