Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our security project portfolio in the Norwell, MA area. You will oversee planning, design, installation, start-up, and turnover of fire, security, and AV projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of PM leadership, a BS in a relevant field, PMI/PMP or equivalent certifications, and willingness to travel throughout New England. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience leading projects as a Project Manager
• PMI CAPM/PMP or Avixa CTS/CSPM certifications preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel in New England
• Hybrid work ability between remote/home office and Norwell, MA
• Experience with CRM or ERP software and resource scheduling tools

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project portfolio with revenue expectations of $5–$15 million
• Supervise project team through planning, design, installation, start-up, turnover and warranty
• Build and develop the project team to maximize performance
• Coordinate resources and skillsets according to project requirements
• Prepare and update project plans, schedules and cost estimates
• Oversee procurement and delivery cycles of equipment and materials
• Support Service Department with issues on deployed systems
