Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented Project Manager to lead security integration projects across our global client base from Reno, NV. You will plan, coordinate, and execute installs and service work, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with engineering, field teams, and clients to deliver on time and within scope.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years as a Project Manager with 5+ years in the industry, strong Excel/Office skills, and CAPM or PMP pursuit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with 5+ years’ industry experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Holds or is actively pursuing CAPM or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Excellent oral, written communication and customer service skills.
• Available to work outside of normal business hours when needed.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance per company standards.
• Adherence to company policies, procedures, and direction from management.
• Ability to complete required project documentation and timekeeping/reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, personnel management, and project management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and executes projects according to technical standards and goals.
• Maintain project plans, specifications, and schedules; manage installation plans.
• Generate change orders and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor risks and issues to keep projects on track.
• Lead project team meetings and report progress to leadership.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with Pavion policies.
