Job summary

Pavion seeks a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our integration business unit. This role drives scope, schedule, design, and budget for complex fire, security, and communication installation projects across regulated industries.

You will coordinate with operations, management, and clients to ensure clarity and alignment from kickoff to closeout. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in a similar position, a high school diploma or GED (or higher), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a similar role.
• COVID vaccination is required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate scope of work, project timeline, system design, and budget for projects to operations team, management, and client.
• Accountable for successful completion of projects including proper administration of construction contracts, permits, and licenses.
• Prepare administrative reporting including Schedule of Values, Time Management/Tracking, Equipment Ordering/Staging and Job Costing.
• Oversee work of technicians and staff across project phases and ensure smooth workflow with other departments and clients.
• Track and control construction schedule and costs to meet deadlines and budget.
• Maintain clear customer communication regarding progress, changes, and final closeout.
