Job summary

PowerFlex, an EDF Renewables company, seeks a Senior Project Developer to lead commercial solar, storage, and EV charging projects nationwide from mandate to construction handoff. This hybrid role is based in New York and collaborates with Analytics, Engineering, Financing, Permitting, Legal and Construction teams to deliver multi‑technology turnkey solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master in business, finance, environmental science, sustainability or energy.
• MBA and/or CFA accreditation viewed favorably.
• 6+ years of analytical, development, consulting, or technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid to late stage solar, storage, and EV charging development from mandate to construction handoff.
• Manage project pipeline and oversee high‑priority accounts with senior perspective.
• Develop strategic plans for key accounts and relationships.
• Mentor junior project developers and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Draft clear recommendations with risk/economics analyses; escalate to Directors/VPs as needed.
• Coordinate across Analytics, Engineering, Financing, Permitting, Legal and Construction teams.
• Manage ~20‑30 opportunities concurrently and align with company goals.
