Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of multiple renewable energy projects from contract signature to transition to O&M, including solar PV, storage, and EV charging. The role is hybrid out of our offices in Mountain View, San Diego, Los Angeles, or New York, with collaboration across utilities, permitting, and contractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Energy, Architecture, Sustainability or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in commercial solar, storage or EVSE construction.
• NABCEP Installer Certification is a plus; PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development and Engineering with procurement, value engineering, and construction planning.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, oversee quality control and client communications and expectations.
• Support risk management activities for contract reviews and project deliverables.
• Execute Turn-Key Installation across multiple renewable technologies from start to finish
• Manage field operations along with subcontractors and equipment deliveries
• Provide feedback to improve company protocols, installation practices, and company growth
• Perform onsite preconstruction kickoffs, QA/QC and safety inspections on active construction sites
• Interface with PF's legal, estimating, business group leadership for project contracting and execution
• Work with the Operations team to complete Monthly Financial Reviews (budgets, change orders)

Scope of Job

As a single full-service provider, PowerFlex customizes clean technology solutions to help clients achieve their energy and sustainability goals. Through the comprehensive PowerFlex X platform, PowerFlex leverages patented smart software to control, monitor, and optimize a client's distributed energy resources to reduce cost and maximize return on investment. The Sr. Project Manageris responsible forplanning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of multiple renewable energy projects through completion at any given time. Projects will include solar PV, battery energystorageand EV charging equipment. The responsibilities include coordination with the utilities and townships, permitting, resource management, incentive management, contractor negotiation, and construction management. The Sr. Project Manager interacts with clients throughout the entire project, from contract signature until transition to our O&M team.

Location

This role would be required to be a hybrid role out of one of our offices (Mountain View, CA, San Diego, CA, Los Angeles, CA. or New York, NY).

Qualifications

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Energy, Architecture,Sustainabilityor relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in commercial solar, storage or EVSE construction
• NABCEP Installer Certification is a plus
• PMP certification preferred
• Must hold a valid driver's license andmaintaina clean driving record

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $128,610 - $157,190 annually. This position is eligible for PowerFlex's comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. The total compensation for this position may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable). PowerFlex's compensation packages carefully consider a candidate's qualifications, experiences, and education in relation to the position.

Working Conditions

Approximately80% of the time is spent in the office environment,utilizingcomputers (frequent use of MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint,Publisherand Adobe etc.), telephones, and general office equipment.Possibly20%of the time is spent traveling to conferences or meetings or fieldtravelingto project sites.
