Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Sr. Consulting Program Manager in Teaneck, NJ. Lead end-to-end delivery to replace legacy end-user computing tools with a governed platform in CMBS domain, blending phase-gate governance with Agile execution across multiple workstreams.

You will collaborate with engineering, client leadership up to CTO and sponsor level, steering committees, and clients, managing scope, budgets, and timelines in a hybrid, audit-controlled delivery model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering end-to-end programs across multiple workstreams in an audit-controlled environment.
• Strong command of integrated planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, and scope/change control.
• Experience managing budget, burn, and estimates with multi-stakeholder reporting up to CTO.
• Knowledge of CMBS or commercial loan servicing domain helpful.
• Experience managing client-side dependencies in a system-integrator delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams with phase-gate governance and Agile execution.
• Integrate planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, and scope/change control.
• Manage budget, burn, estimates, and provide executive reporting up to CTO and sponsor level.
• Lead replacement of legacy end-user computing tools with a governed platform and cutover.
• Direct engineering teams for integrations across internal and external systems in the client ecosystem.
