Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting, business analysis, or industry experience within Fixed Income, Government Securities, Capital Markets, or related financial services environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale system modernization, transformation, platform implementation, or operating model transformation.
• Strong expertise in business analysis methodologies including requirements gathering, process mapping, capability assessments, and gap analysis.
• Solid understanding of fixed income products and securities lifecycle processes, including servicing, settlement, and operational workflows.
• Demonstrated experience eliciting, documenting, validating, and managing business and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, assessment, and modernization initiatives by analyzing business processes, operating models, systems, and supporting technologies.
• Conduct business analysis activities including requirements elicitation, process mapping, capability assessments, gap analyses, and business impact evaluations.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to gather requirements, identify challenges, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Develop current-state and future-state process models, business requirements, functional specifications, and executive-ready deliverables.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements that enable solution design, implementation, and transformation success.
• Partner with business, operations, and technology teams to ensure proposed solutions align with strategic objectives and program goals.
• Support large-scale technology modernization and platform transformation programs by identifying business impacts, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Apply expertise in fixed income products, securities servicing, settlement, and lifecycle processes to drive business and technology initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, findings summaries, process documentation, and client-facing materials for executive and stakeholder audiences.
