• Strong Java and Spring Boot understanding to engage with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with merchandising processes in retail.
• Proficient with project management tools for hybrid teams.

• Structured problem solving and data-driven decisions.
• Focus on quality and risk control in line with policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects using Java and Spring Boot.
• Oversee scope, schedules and resource allocation within timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to reduce delivery risks.
• Provide status reporting on progress, risks and dependencies to leadership.
• Promote standardized PM practices for predictability and stability.
• Translate business needs into implementable user stories for development teams.
• Monitor development and testing to ensure performance, security and reliability.
• Collaborate with product/merchandising to prioritize features and roadmap.
• Ensure governance documentation and artifact maintenance throughout lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive risk management.
• Coordinate production readiness, release coordination and post-deploy monitoring.
