Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a creative agency or similar communications environment.
• Understanding of advertising, marketing, media, production, and agency finance.
• Experience supporting or leading calls with cross-functional teams and interfacing directly with clients.
• Fluent in Google Suite (Sheets and Slides); experience with resource management or workforce planning, as well as project planning tools.
• Strong curiosity with a strong desire to learn and engage AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the how: develop scopes, timelines, budgets, and delivery systems for programs.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Deliver strategic and creative deliverables to day-to-day clients and manage reports.
• Manage talent allocations and ensure programs are on time and on budget.
• Coordinate internal teams and maintain alignment with overarching strategy.
• Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business, industry, and audience.
• Reinforce team processes and manage documentation and communications.
