• 2–4 years of program/project management experience within an agency, fast-paced tech company, or media environment.
• Proven autonomy to lead teams independently with minimal oversight, paired with collaboration with other PMs.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to boost productivity.
• Ability to drive projects across Brand Design, Social, Web Dev, Research, and Strategy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with attention to detail and nuanced client interactions.
• Self-starter mentality with strong ownership of outcomes and proactive progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead smaller projects from kickoff to delivery and support senior PMs on larger initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day execution across Brand Design, Social, Website Development, UX Research, and Strategy.
• Integrate AI tools to streamline PM tasks and improve documentation and communication.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, set expectations, and ensure clear communication.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, workstreams, and budgets; monitor profitability.
