Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment partners with a client building an AI-native OS for materials science R&D. The PM will own a brand-new product area from beta through to product-market fit, with autonomy and visibility in a venture-backed setting.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years PM experience in enterprise software, strong UI/UX sense, and the ability to collaborate with senior engineering on scalability and architecture. Hybrid work includes 1–3 days in SF office.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of PM experience in B2B or enterprise software.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility and design prototyping experience.
• Ability to work closely with senior engineering teams on architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own a new synthetic chemistry product area from beta to market fit.
• Drive rapid iteration loops and stakeholder alignment with cross-functional teams.
