Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Control Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This hybrid role requires 1-2 days onsite per week and focuses on complex financial modeling, budgeting, funding tracking, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a strong financial background, experience with government contracting, and the ability to communicate cost presentations to executives. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or AS/AA with 4+ years related experience as substitute.
• Experience meeting complex financial compliance and reporting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze program budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with project managers and Sponsor authorities on financial planning.
• Create and manage financial tracking tools and spend plans.
• Conduct cost risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor funding status and manage financial reporting timelines.
• Evaluate financial processes and drive continuous improvements.
