Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Engineering Project Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This hybrid role requires at least 3 days onsite per week, supporting the UMCS APMSE and DAPMSE within PMA-268 at Patuxent River Naval Air Station.

You will coordinate meetings, manage calendars and travel, analyze data to draft briefs, and monitor staffing, RISOs, and airworthiness artifacts while ensuring secure access to Government systems across EXOSTAR, FLEX, iTRACK, PLM and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 5+ years of recent and relevant project and/or program analyst experience supporting a DoD contract
• Demonstrated experience with Systems Engineering processes and practical process implementation.
• Experience developing and executing integrated government schedules, acquisition strategies, and/or sound engineering plans.
• Preferred: MBSE focus and associated toolsets; experience with SETRs per DoD 5000 and SECNAV instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, lead, and participate in weekly team-level and sub-level meetings, capturing actionable items and providing detailed minutes.
• Manage calendars, schedules, and leave tracking for the APMSE, DAPMSEs, and the broader engineering team for upcoming technical events and milestones.
• Draft high-level briefs, technical memos, and responses from collected data for Executive and Level 1 data calls.
• Support engineering operational planning, including staffing requirements, vacancy monitoring, and RIS0 items.
• Monitor and coordinate key technical deliverables and airworthiness artifacts, including CDRL reviews.
