Job summary

ITC Defense Corp. is seeking a Project Control Analyst (Junior) in Lexington Park, MD. The role supports program management, budgeting, financial reporting, and project tracking within the PMO, using Excel and Power BI for analysis.

The position emphasizes handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a hybrid work model (on-site 3 days a week) and opportunities in DoD contracting contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Less than three years of related experience in FMS, logistics, or program management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Ability to support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and project financial management.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and track program budgets, schedules, and requirements and support business-case analysis.
• Coordinate contract deliverables among management, customers, and contractors.
• Support documentation, data management, and government processes.
• Utilize Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps for analysis.
• Support Task Order budgets, forecasting, and labor-hour allocation.
• Review invoices and monitor ODCs and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
