Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a BI Developer to design and implement data warehouse related BI solutions. You will map data from source systems, build data models, and develop robust Power BI dashboards to enable informed business decisions.

The role requires strong SQL, data integration experience, and familiarity with Snowflake. Hybrid work arrangement is available in Phoenix, AZ with some onsite time.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL proficiency required.
• Power BI dashboard development experience.
• Data integration across systems and ETL processes.
• Snowflake experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and map data from source systems to BI environments.
• Create and maintain data models and workflows.
• Produce and document BI requirements, specifications, and test plans.
• Develop, test and deploy BI reporting, dashboards, and ETL processes.
• Provide user training and support for BI tools and data access.
