The Department of Healthcare and Family Services in Illinois seeks an Executive Projects Manager to support the Division of Medical Eligibility. You will lead cross‑divisional projects, analyze eligibility data, and prepare reports for senior leadership.

The role requires strong writing, analytics and collaboration skills, with a focus on policy implementation and program improvement. Hybrid work schedule and headquarters‑based presence are expected.

Qualificações

• Requires four years of college, preferably with courses in public or business administration.
• Requires three years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization.
• Four years of professional experience representing an organization determining eligibility for medical assistance (preferred).
• Three years evaluating federal and state laws related to means tested medical assistance (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Executive Projects Manager to the Administrator of Division of Medical Eligibility.
• Coordinate integration of program activities across divisions and state agencies.
• Develop and evaluate special projects and reports; handle policy and procedure work.
• Communicate with management and stakeholders; act as a liaison for the Division Administrator.
