Job summary

Grifols in North America, NC-Clayton, is seeking a Senior Plasma Logistics Business Analyst to turn data into actionable insights and drive efficiency across the plasma supply chain.

You will lead data analysis projects, mentor analysts, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop forecasts, plans, and business options. A strong background in analytics and logistics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree in MBA, Data Science, or related field preferred.
• 4 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Leadership experience leading data analysis projects.
• Experience managing medium to large-scale projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis projects and mentor junior analysts.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist the OpEx team in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and adjust as needed.
• Provide training sessions to ensure team proficiency with data tools.
• Consult with users and cross-functional teams to address business issues.
• Develop forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans from data.
• Identify trends in datasets to uncover influences.
• Produce datasets and reports using system reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain business analysis plans with key activities and timelines.
• Investigate business problems and opportunities within the organization.
• Support business case development by presenting options to stakeholders.
• Assess costs, benefits, risks and impacts of options for decisions.
