Job summary

Abdo LLP in Minnesota seeks a Senior Associate to support payroll clients. You will process payroll data, reconcile, generate reports, and ensure regulatory compliance across multi-state clients using ADP, UKG, Paylocity and more.

You will work in a hybrid environment with flexible scheduling, engage with clients, and contribute to process improvements. A 5+ year payroll background and an Associate degree are preferred; base pay ranges from $30–$37 per hour with discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, business, or related field.
• 5+ years' payroll and related software experience and/or training.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage client payroll data accurately and on time.
• Reconcile and preview payrolls; validate reports.
• Assemble payroll reports including 401k, HSA, and PERA contributions.
• Provide ongoing client service and identify opportunities for additional services.
