Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to administer, secure, and optimize our enterprise network across corporate, field, and cloud environments. You will drive network modernization, ensure reliable connectivity, and collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to support growing technology needs.

The role requires independence, initiative, and strong judgment in a fast-paced, hybrid-work setting with occasional travel to field sites.

Qualifications

7+ years of Network Administration experience in a multi-site enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of enterprise networking including routing, switching, VLANs, WAN/SD-WAN, cloud networking, and security technologies.
Experience supporting Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments.
Familiarity with Cisco Meraki, Cato Networks, and Starlink preferred.
Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Azure Network Engineer (AZ-700) or equivalent certifications preferred.
Ability to travel up to 25% to field locations across the United States.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain enterprise network standards to ensure a secure, stable, and scalable infrastructure.
Design, configure, and support enterprise routing, switching, VLANs, QoS, cloud-managed networking, and SD-WAN/SASE environments across multiple locations.
Administer Microsoft Azure networking, including virtual networks, network security, VPN connectivity, and hybrid identity with Microsoft Entra ID.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual network infrastructure, including satellite connectivity for remote field locations.
Monitor network performance, respond to incidents, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement long-term solutions to improve reliability and performance.
Partner with IT Security to implement firewalls, access controls, vulnerability management, IDS/IPS, and DR readiness.
Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, inventories, licensing records, backups, and patch management.
Configure and troubleshoot IP-based devices, including printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and service providers to support operations and initiatives.
Develop technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and provide 24/7 on-call rotation.
