Job summary

ISS A/S is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to drive the operation, development and automation of our global network and cloud connectivity. The role is based in Warsaw, with a hybrid work model and an international team environment.

You will work with Palo Alto, Cisco Meraki, UniFi and Azure networking services, ensuring high availability, security and efficient connectivity across regions. Strong Azure knowledge and English communication are essential for collaboration across countries.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in network engineering within complex enterprise/global networks.
• Solid experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki environments.
• Experience with UniFi network components.
• Strong Azure networking skills including cloud connectivity and hybrid networks.
• Knowledge of VPN technologies including site-to-site and remote access.
• Experience with IPsec connectivity and routing concepts (static/dynamic).
• Experience with BGP and network security best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues across LAN/WAN/VPN/Azure.
• Proficient English in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, maintain and improve global network and cloud connectivity infrastructure across regions.
• Support networks based on Palo Alto, Meraki, UniFi and Azure networking services.
• Troubleshoot complex network and cloud issues (LAN, WAN, firewall, VPN, routing, Azure).
• Contribute to standardization, lifecycle management, migrations and rollouts.
• Develop secure connectivity between on-premises and Azure; configure VPN and routing as needed.
• Develop network automation to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with international IT, cloud, security teams and providers.
• Ensure high availability, performance and security of critical services.
• Create and maintain technical docs, standards and procedures.
• Provide escalation support for complex topics; identify opportunities to improve operations.
