Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Hybrid Senior Loan Officer Assistant to support loan officers and the Loan Processor in a fast-paced, customer-focused branch. The role emphasizes scheduling, communications, and clerical support to ensure efficient branch operations.

Ideal candidates have 10 years of residential mortgage processing experience, ENCOMPASS proficiency, and solid knowledge of RESPA and lending regulations.

Qualifications

• On-site presence 2-3 days per week.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years residential mortgage processing experience.
• Encompass experience required.
• Experience with RESPA and knowledge of mortgage regulations and loan documents preferred.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all loan officer appointments, including new leads and Branch Manager meetings.
• Take all incoming calls.
• Assist Loan Partner II with clerical tasks (copying, faxing).
• Schedule regular weekly face-to-face meetings based on branch metrics.
• Meet branch objectives for pre-qualifications and pre-approvals.
• Attend branch events to help Loan Officer build clientele.
• Complete and maintain branch checklists and files within deadlines.
• Be available for varying hours and overtime as needed.
