Hanwha Qcells USA Corp, based in Houston, seeks a Senior Manager of Market Intelligence to lead the market intelligence function for U.S. utility-scale PV, BESS, and EPC markets. You will design market sizing, benchmark pricing, and conduct policy analysis to guide strategic decisions.

The role requires 10+ years in market research with renewable energy experience, strong data analysis, and the ability to present to senior executives in a fast-paced, hybrid Houston office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, International Trade, or related field.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in market research/intelligence with at least 3 years in renewable energy or U.S. utility-scale solar/BESS.
• Experience in a large multinational or top consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO/RTO market structures and policy impacts on projects.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead Market Intelligence, set priorities, methodology standards, and quality control for deliverables.
• Own end-to-end market sizing, competitive analysis, and pricing benchmarking for U.S. utility-scale PV modules, BESS, and EPC services.
• Direct Federal policy and tariff impact analysis and assess implications for pricing and supply chain.
• Build and maintain a proprietary market intelligence framework with primary research, databases, and third-party providers.
• Deliver executive-level reports and board-ready market analyses to leadership and HQ.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to embed market insights into deals.
